Today, we’re delighted to announce that Mark has taken on a new position within the team as our Field Service Manager.
Over the years, Mark has consistently gone above and beyond to support both our clients and colleagues. He has worked tirelessly to maintain the high servicing standards that Penguin Leisure is known for, taking ownership of challenges, supporting our clients and helping to ensure our customers continue to receive the best possible service.
Since joining the team, Mark has also played an important role in strengthening our service operations. From helping to coordinate the day-to-day running of our service work to supporting clients and building strong relationships, his commitment and practical knowledge have made a real difference.
More recently, Mark has become a fantastic support to our office team, helping to bridge the gap between field operations and administration. He has also taken Darren under his wing, sharing his knowledge and experience, while supporting new members of both the office and engineering teams as they settle into their roles.
With previous experience in South Africa, running his own business, and years of hands-on industry knowledge, Mark brings a wealth of expertise to his new position. His dedication, problem-solving skills and the fantastic feedback he has received from both clients and colleagues make him a natural fit for this role.
We’re incredibly pleased that Mark has agreed to take on this new responsibility and we know he will continue to make a huge contribution to the Penguin Leisure team.
